On Thursday 12 February, 50 students from years 9, 10 and 11 travelled to The Theatre Royal in Brighton to see Blood Brothers by Willy Russell.

The performance was exceptionally well acted, and the students were captivated from start to finish, especially during the final scene, and everyone collectively jumped out of their skin. This has provided our KS4 students with valuable experience and will contribute hugely to their understanding of the play, which they will answer questions in the component 1 written exam.

The students behaved immaculately throughout the trip, and they were a credit to Carisbrooke College.
