Tutor Group 8D enjoyed a well-deserved end-of-term celebration with a trip to Ryde Super Bowl, and what a fantastic evening it was. Students took part in bowling and laser quest, throwing themselves into every activity with enthusiasm, teamwork and good humour. As always, they were a real credit to Carisbrooke College, representing the school brilliantly throughout the visit.

There were some impressive performances on the lanes, with Lula and Dexter emerging as the final bowling champions, while William and Nell claimed victory in the laser quest. Alongside the winners, there were plenty of memorable moments, including an impressive number of bowling balls finding their way down the gutter (names tactfully withheld!) and a laser quest game that saw Mr Nerval become the main target of just about everyone. Mrs McDowall’s fierce competitive streak also made an appearance, much to the amusement of students and staff alike.

A huge thank you goes to Mrs McDowall and Mr Nerval for giving up their time to support the group and fully embracing the festive spirit of the evening, along with a huge thank you to the parents/carers for bringing their children to the event.
