At Carisbrooke College, the Academy Committee provides support and challenge to the Executive Head Teacher. A key aim of the Academy Committee at Carisbrooke College is to create robust accountability, oversight and assurance of our pupils' educational performance. 

The Academy Committee has two core strategic functions: 

1. Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction. 
2. Holding leaders to account for the educational performance of Carisbrooke College and its pupils, and the performance management of staff.

Who we are

Our Academy Committee is a team of experienced governors appointed to bring specific skills and knowledge to support the senior leadership team and school.
